The plate number 195 can be seen circled, and the current number 232 can be seen above stamps AA and AB. The second current number on the plate would be below stamps TK and TL.

The plate number is also engraved on each stamp

Selvage above the 6th stamp.
To the right you can see the left-hand side of a cross that marks the middle of the sheet, the vertical bar can just be seen on the right. Above the middle of the sixth stamp is a vertical line which is part of the selvage design, it also occurs below the middle of the seventh stamp at the bottom of the plate. What its purpose was I do not know.

The full marginal inscription reads
"PRICE 1d. Per Label. 1/- Per Row of 12. £1... Per Sheet. Place the Labels ABOVE the Addrefs and ..."towards the RIGHT HAND SIDE of the Letter. In Wetting the Back be careful not to remove the Cement.
