Gratuity: A Staff gratuity of 10% is suggested
Payment: 25% deposit confirms reservation (by cheque), payment in full two weeks before arrival.
Food: The staff will have one days food in stock when guests arrive (at guest's cost), after that tell the cook what you want to eat (seafood, meat etc) and they will buy it from the market and cook it for you (all food at guest's cost).
Staff are available for both "Siesta" and "Bahia".
Laundry and babysitting: at guest's cost
Cancellation: deposit refunded if cancellation made more than 30 days before scheduled arrival date
Damages: Guest pays all
